This application generates an endless loop of operations with fractions, with different levels of difficulty in order to help you understand the concept of fractions.
The different sections have been designed to help:
- Understand the concept of fraction, through simple visual examples (ie within 1/5 of a pentagon)
- Adding simple fractions with the same numerator (eg. 1/5 + 2/5)
- Adding fractions with different denominator (eg. 1/3 + 3/4)
- Compare fractions (eg. 2/3 is greater than 4/5?)
- Simplify fractions (eg. 3/9 is as 1/3?)
In some transactions a help button provides clues in case of difficulty, through images that represent graphically fractions.
In a sheet of detailed summary you can check your progress: they are in fact stored all the questions and the answers provided.
